Jesus has changed my life completely. I grew up in Church and knowing of Jesus but I didn't truly know God and have a relationship with Jesus Christ until about 6 years ago. The love, mercy, and grace that Jesus has for me and for all of us has affected my life in every way. I grew up in Bowling Green, Ky and lived there my whole life until recently when the Holy Spirit told me to move to Oklahoma and go to the school of missions while I was on my first mission trip in Peru. So I packed up all of my stuff and moved to another state in one month. God has proven himself faithful time and time again. I have learned that when we calls me to do something, I just have to step out in faith and be obedient and He always provides everything that I need, every step of the way. He is so full of compassion, and throughout the years He has opened up my eyes and heart to see and feel the love that He has for every single person on this planet. "The LORD is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead. he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." -2 Peter 3:9. Going on my first mission trip to Peru in July changed my whole perspective on life and lit a fire inside of me to go, spread the gospel, and love on as many people as I possibly can. There are so many people that have never heard the gospel of Jesus Christ and they deserve to know about the way, the truth and the life so that they can be saved by Jesus and have eternal life in heaven. I just want to spend my life doing what God calls all of us to do. "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." -Matthew 28:19-20
